P-521 – ‘West World’
The heroes arrive on P-521, a ‘western’ themed world, in the middle of a dirt street in a large town. After dodging horse and buggy traffic, they try to blend in with the crowd (surprisingly successfully, seeing as they’re dressed as a goth, a soldier, a paramedic and a rock star).
Just as they start to get their bearings a small child runs up them asking for a doctor. Eli heads off to the tavern to help. While on their way out of town, Mark gets challenged to a duel by a cowboy in a black hat, who claims that Mark killed his brother. The group meets up at the campsite later to decide what to do, and a posse wrangles them up and takes them back to town to make sure that Mark doesn’t skip out on his ‘officially sanctioned’ gunfight.
In the morning, the fight goes off without a hitch, and Mark puts the cowboy down quickly. They then decide to leave town as quickly and possible and head to the closest gate, located in a state park a full day’s ride away. After a long horse rider, the group hikes into the state park, and find a portal to A-278. They enter the portal and arrive on a lush, grassy plain, with nothing in sight except for a column of smoke rising in the distance.
