15 May 2074 – Geneva, Switzerland – The UN Food Bank announced that it is sponsoring an international conference on natural resources, to be held June 23 to 25 in Garmisch-Partenkirchen, at the foot of the Bavarian Alps. The conference, which will be attended by top government and corporate scientists, will be designed to explore the question of how to best utilize the earth’s resources in the wake of global disaster.
Ares FireWatch has agreed to donate 1,000 soldiers to the conference to provide security and Lt. Col. Fredrick Anders of the UCAS has been tapped to lead the troops. “We believe that this conference, and the dialogue it will create, is critical to the survival of our planet,” stated Anders. “As such, Ares is happy to donate a security detail for the event.”
