21 March 2074 – The Sarajevo Enclave – Lahatiel, the warlord who wrested control of Sarajevo from international influence, has officially sealed the borders of the enclave. “Given the state of the outside world, our lord thought it best to close our borders and focus on taking care of our own,” state a red cloaked spokesman for Lahatiel. The new warlord has also promised medical care, canned food, fresh water, and bread to any citizens in the enclave. “Simply bring your family to any of our collection centers for brief physical and a supply of food. We believe we have the resources to supply the entire population – there is no need for anyone to go hungry.”
