So, yeah. The 101010 show on Friday went CRAZY AWESOME. I don’t think we could have anticipated it, it was that good. The crowd was large (and really enthusiastic), we were spot on musically, and we all had a great time. I know nobody reads my rants, but thanks to everyone who showed up, anyway. Now to get the EP done, and follow it up with another killer show in October!
The rest of my weekend is a blur, honestly. Was out way to late on Saturday (closed the Pink, which I’m way to old for), then a nice brunch and a walk-turned-pub-crawl on Sunday. Monday, of course, was Labor Day, and I decided to have people over for once in who knows how long. I barbecued. I’m not talking grilling, I’m talking barbecue! 20lbs of various meats cooked for 14 hours or so over mesquite. If you weren’t here, you’re jealous.
Good fun was had by all.
